Sell your business the way it deserves to be sold

The owner of a $4M company deserves the same process as a public corporation: confidential, competitive, professionally executed. That is precisely what we do.

Why Sellers Choose Us

Built around your three fears

Owners don't fear selling — they fear leaks, lowball offers, and endless processes. Our entire methodology is designed against those three outcomes.

Total Confidentiality

Your name, brand, staff, and customers never appear in marketing. We release information in stages — and only under NDA.

A Defensible Valuation

Market-anchored, evidence-based valuation with normalized earnings — the ammunition you need at the negotiating table.

Competitive Process

We run an organized, time-boxed process so multiple qualified buyers compete — the single most reliable way to maximize price.

Zero Disruption

The business keeps operating while we work in the background. Staff, customers, and competitors never know until you want them to.

Principal-Level Attention

A senior advisor runs every mandate personally. You deal with the person in the room — not a franchisee or a junior desk.

Realistic Timelines

No 24-month fantasies, no "listing and praying." A disciplined average sale cycle of under five months from mandate to close.

How It Works

A path with no surprises

Six stages, each with a defined deliverable. You always know where you are, what happens next, and what it costs.

01

The Private Call

A confidential conversation. We review your business, answer your valuation questions honestly, and tell you if — and when — selling makes sense. No obligation, no pressure.

02

Confidential Assessment

We build a market-anchored valuation and readiness map: normalized earnings, growth evidence, risk review, and the specific levers that will move your multiple.

03

Mandate & Preparation

Upon engagement we prepare the full package — offering memorandum, financials, data room — while the business continues running undisturbed.

04

Screened Marketing

Qualified buyers under NDA review the opportunity in a structured process. We manage all contact — your identity is protected until you approve.

05

Negotiation & LOI

We lead the negotiation on your behalf, evaluate offers on price, certainty, and transition risk — and push to a signed letter of intent.

06

Diligence & Close

We run the data room, coordinate your attorney and accountant, and drive the transaction through a funded, professional closing.

Know Where You Stand

What is your business actually worth?

Most owners are surprised — in both directions. Find out where the market really places your company, and what it would take to move the number. Confidential, no obligation, one conversation.

Questions

Straight answers

How much is my business worth?

Valuation is market-dependent and driven by normalized earnings, growth, customer concentration, and owner independence. We provide a defensible range in a confidential assessment — before you commit to anything.

Will my employees or customers find out?

No. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our practice. We market behind a non-identifying teaser, release information only under NDA, and hold all meetings offsite. In fifteen years of practice we have never had a mandate leak.

How long does the process take?

Typically four to six months from mandate to close for a business in good order. Preparation is the variable — businesses sold "as is" take longer and sell for less.

Can I keep working with the buyer after close?

Often, and we recommend it. A structured transition — 30 to 120 days, or a longer consulting agreement — routinely improves both price and smoothness of handover. We negotiate that into your deal.

What does it cost?

Most sell-side engagements are success-based: a modest engagement fee offset against a closing fee on final consideration. We will be explicit about both in writing before we begin.

I am not ready for two more years. Should we talk now?

Absolutely — and earlier is better. The 18-month runway is where exit value is created: contracts renewed, dependence removed, financials cleaned. A conversation today positions you to sell for materially more when you are ready.
